Indonesia Analisis Kesiapan SDM Kebandarudaraan Menghadapi Transformasi Digital Operasional Bandara Di Era Industri 4.0

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesiapan sumber daya manusia (SDM) kebandarudaraan menghadapi transformasi digital operasional bandara di era Industri 4.0. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan dukungan analisis kualitatif untuk menilai kompetensi digital, sikap terhadap teknologi, serta dukungan organisasi terhadap proses digitalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesiapan SDM kebandarudaraan masih tergolong rendah. Berdasarkan survei Airports Council International (ACI), hanya 22% bandara yang telah melaksanakan pelatihan digital formal secara menyeluruh. Rendahnya kepercayaan diri pegawai terhadap kemampuan digital (35%) dan lemahnya budaya inovasi di lingkungan kerja menandakan belum optimalnya kesiapan menghadapi sistem digital berbasis data dan otomatisasi. Analisis menggunakan kerangka DigComp 2.2, Technology–Organization–Environment (TOE), serta Dynamic Capabilities Theory menunjukkan bahwa faktor organisasi, dukungan manajerial, dan infrastruktur pembelajaran digital berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kesiapan SDM. Untuk itu, diperlukan strategi pengembangan berbasis digital leadership, integrated learning system, dan kemitraan multi-sektor guna menciptakan SDM bandara yang adaptif, inovatif, dan kompetitif dalam mendukung terwujudnya smart airport di masa depan.References
