Systematic Literatur Review Dengan Metode Prisma: Pengaruh Preferensi Risiko Terhadap Perilaku Dan Kesuksesan Womenpreneur

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis hubungan antara preferensi risiko dengan perilaku dan kesuksesan womenprenuer melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Studi ini menggunakan metode SLR dengan pendekatan PRISMA, serta didukung oleh perangkat lunak VOSviewer dan aplikasi Zotero dalam proses identifikasi dan analisis literatur. Ruang lingkup kajian dibatasi pada artikel jurnal yang terindeks Scopus dan diterbitkan dalam periode 2020–2024. Penelitian ini mengkaji ulang 15 jurnal publikasi ilmiah yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dijadikan referensi utama. Metode analisis data yang paling banyak digunakan dalam artikel-artikel tersebut meliputi kajian mengenai hubungan antara pengambilan risiko (risk taking) terhadap kesuksesan womenprenuer (5 artikel), hubungan antara pengambilan risiko (risk taking) terhadap performa bisnis (3 artikel), hubungan antara pengambilan risiko (risk taking) terhadap inovasi (1 artikel) dan hubungan antara pengambilan risiko (risk taking) terhadap perilaku berwirausaha (6 artikel). Temuan dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa preferensi risiko memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku womenpreneur dan berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian kesuksesan mereka, khususnya dalam konteks pengambilan keputusan dan strategi bisnis yang dijalankan.
