PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI DI SMP NEGERI 2 SUMBERMANJING WETAN

Pada umumnya prestasi kerja pegawai  dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk kualitas pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh pegawai dan manajemen mereka. Setiap karyawan akan bersaing dalam mendapatkan prestasi kerja pada pekerjaanya. Tentunya persaingan prestasi kerja di dukung oleh lingkugan kerja dan budaya organisasi yang nyaman dan tidak ada tekanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada SMP Negeri 2 Sumbermanjing Wetan. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pegawai SMP Negeri 2 Sumbermanjing Wetan sejumlah 30 orang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah prestasi kerja. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi  mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, artinya apabila dilakukan peningkatan lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi yang semakin baik dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai.
