Abstract
Not many know that Public Relations is a very strategic approach to
influencing the way of thinking or worldview of a society by using the concepts of
communication. By using techniques appropriate communication, the practice of
Public Relations will be a very important force for an organization, and will be a
reflection of personality organization.
Roger Haywood, a leading public relations practitioners from the UK
mentioned, that there is indeed a successful organization or company relying on the
strength of the leader's personality, without utilizing the services of public relations,
but along with the way the organization is becoming increasingly ineffective.
Haywood further went on to say "Not many people naturally have a positive
personality, which does not need to think too much about how to behave,, how do
these approaches or regulate their own behavior to achieve desired goals".
