TINJAUAN PENELITIAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN

Gaya Kepemimpinan, kedua istilah tersebut sering kali kita temui baik itu dalam literature ataupun dalam perbincangan sehari-hari di tengah-tengah kehidupan berorganisasi. Sementara itu diantara masyarakat itu sendiri banyak yang belum memahami artinya dengan benar. Penulis yakin apabila hal tersebut ditanyakan kepada orang-orang yang berada di sekitar kantor kita, satu dengan yang lainnya tentu mempunyai penafsiran yang berbeda-beda yang tidak sesuai dengan definisi sebagaimana yang kita temui dalam literature manajemen. Sedangkan arti dari Kepemimpinan itu sendiri dalam istilah umum khususnya di manajemen, kepemimpinan itu sering disebut dengan istilah Leader  antara lain: Getting things done yaitu mencapai hasil melalui orang lain ,  menggerakkan orang lain untuk mencapai hasil kerja yang diinginkan, kepemimpinan itu adalah pengaruh, tidak lebih dan tidak kurang,  Kepemimpinan adalah satu kata yaitu influence artinya mempengaruhi, memotivasi, mengarahkan orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Ulasan dan analisis artikel ini terhadap 90 artikel tentang gaya kepemimpinan yang diterbitkan dalam 21 jurnal kepemimpinan antara 2016 dan 2022 menunjukkan kontribusi yang relevan dari akademisi dan institut individu untuk meneliti gaya kepemimpinan. Studi ini memberikan tinjauan terpadu dan komprehensif terhadap 90 publikasi tentang gaya kepemimpinan yang diterbitkan selama lima tahun (2016-2022), artikel, kategori yang disebutkan serta metodologi yang digunakan dianalisis secara rinci memperluas topik dalam banyak cara. Pertama, penulis melakukan analisis konten pada artikel untuk menawarkan klasifikasi topik (utama dan subkategori). Kedua, penulis mencari publikasi berdasarkan tahun dan menganalisis metodologi, sektor, dan lokasi. Akhirnya, untuk menyoroti tren terbaru gaya kepemimpinan penelitian selama waktu yang disebutkan, penelitian ini mencakup fakta-fakta kunci tertentu seperti jumlah makalah yang diterbitkan di setiap jurnal dan tahun. Pada akhirnya, analisis ini menggambarkan di mana literatur telah berada dan ke mana ia harus pergi di masa depan.
