REKAYASA ULANG SISTEM PEMELIHARAN LINI BODY SHOP GUNA MENINGKATKAN KEANDALAN (STUDI KASUS INDUSTRI MOBIL CHINA)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai seberapa dapat diandalkan peralatan atau fasilitas, jadwal pemeliharaan peralatan, serta tingkat ketersediaan peralatan fasilitas di lini body shop. Metode yang diterapkan dalam studi ini adalah Pemeliharaan Berbasis Keandalan. Welding gun manual memiliki tingkat keandalan terendah di fasilitas body shop dengan waktu operasi 300 jam sebesar 28,67%, sementara lifter material memiliki tingkat keandalan tertinggi sebesar 66,90%. Pengaturan jadwal pemeliharaan peralatan fasilitas di lini body shop dilaksanakan dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat keandalan minimal 60%. Pemeliharaan manual welding gun dilakukan setiap 100 jam, sementara pemeliharaan material lifter dilakukan setiap 300 jam. Ketersediaan peralatan di fasilitas lini body shop sangat tinggi, mencapai antara 99,46 hingga 99,85%.
