PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA, TERHADAP KINERJA PEMASAR ASURANSI JIWA STUDI KASUS DI PT INDOLIFE PENSIONTAMA

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pengaruh variabel Kompetensi (X₁), Budaya Organisasi (X₂) dan Motivasi Kerja (X₃)terhadapKinerja (X₄). Sampel penelitian 100 orang CCE (Call Centre Executive) yang diambil secara acak sederhana dari populasi terjangkau dan berkarakter sama, dengan pengundian nomor responden, yaitu pemasar asuransi jiwa PT Indolife Pensiontama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan metode survei, pada Agustus s/d September 2016. Teknik analisis data penelitian, menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis).
Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian:
1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Kompetensi (X₁) terhadap variabel Kinerja (X₄), secara parsial sebesar 27,82%.
2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Budaya Organisasi (X₂) terhadap variabel Kinerja (X₄), secara parsial sebesar 15,19%.
3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Kompetensi (X₁) terhadap variabel Motivasi Kerja (X₃), secara parsial sebesar 23,60%.
4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Budaya Organisasi (X₂) terhadap variabel Motivasi Kerja (X₃), secara parsial sebesar 17,91%.
5) Terdapat pengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan variabel Motivasi Kerja (X₃) terhadap variabel Kinerja (X₄), secara parsial sebesar 14,95%.
